Eleanor Car Hire Terms and Conditions

1. A Non-Refundable deposit of 25% must be paid within 7 days of making the booking, with the balance paid by cheque 14 days prior to hire date. Booking is not confirmed until deposit is received.
2. All Prices quoted are within a 30 mile radius and include UK VAT charged at 20%.
3. Any variations to the agreed journey, booked and agreed to between Eleanor car hire and client may be subject to additional charges if changes involve extra time or distance.
4. In the event that a booking is cancelled by the client in a period of less than 21 days all monies paid or due will be deemed non refundable.
5. The chauffeur will travel by the most appropriate route on the day unless instructed to do otherwise by the client.
6. Eleanor Car Hire maintains a strict no smoking policy.
7. We do not accept responsibility for any goods left in vehicle.
8. Any damage to the vehicle either by the client, family members or guests is payable by the client.
9. In the unlikely event that a booking is cancelled by Eleanor Car Hire a full refund will be made to the client.
10. All wedding hires are on the understanding that this is for a period of three hours, unless previously arranged. We reserve the right to charge an additional cost of £40.00/hour, or part thereof, for any excess time
